- Full-priced, non-sale, non-promotional footwear, and handbags can be fully refunded within the above terms of purchase with the original Kingsmead sales invoice.
- Your first exchanges/refund is not applicable to delivery costs.
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition with original packaging for the refund or exchange to be valid.
- No exchanges/refunds on sale items, accessories, or shoe care products.
- Full customer details are required for all refunds and exchanges.
- No refunds for purchases made using a Kingsmead gift card. The value of the returned merchandise will be loaded onto another Kingsmead gift card.
- Refunds on purchases made using Payflex and MobiCred cannot be processed in-store. These refunds can only be processed through our online store.
