If you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address or contact details, please submit a query with us as soon as possible here. If the order hasn’t left our premises, we’ll update the information at no extra cost. However, if the order has already been collected by the courier, a surcharge of R60 may apply to redirect the delivery. We will do our best to avoid this fee, but it may be unavoidable once the courier is en route.
